Bitch of the day...

OK This is my complaint. If you go out to eat remember that your server makes
$2.63 per hour... That is it! That is minimum wage for a tip position. That means your tip is how she makes the money. If she is good TIP 20% at least. come on now...
How many years have you been tipping at 15%???
You get raises... Why not the server. If your meal is screwed up ... NOT her fault.. Tell her! Sure she should accommodate you and try to fix things but she did not cook it! Bathroom dirty... hostess a bitch... NOT her fault. Tell her... she can get a manager and try and help...If she is nice and friendly and refills your water glass 16 times !!!! Then tip her properly.... Are you going to sit at her table and camp out for a couple of hours? Then tip her properly ...Remember the more she turns that table over the more she makes.
I will be the first to say that if the server sucks that is a different story...
I feel much better now...

MEMORY WALK FOR ALZHEIMER'S

As you may know, I have a loved one who has been affected by Alzheimer's. My mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer's at the age of 60... very young. she suffered 8 long years with this humiliating disease. She died on Mother's day 2002. A very special gift to us all. She was supposed to be transfered to a nursing home the next day. We had promised NOT to put her in a home but we were no longer able to safely care for her at home. We kept our promise and she ended her suffering.....
